What We Offer Our Dealers

• Management: We rent to the best dealers who offer quality merchandise and have employed the best managers and sales staff.
• We Work for You: Dealers are not required to be present to make sales and are not required to work in the store.
• Licenses: Special licenses are not required.
• Sales Tax: We manage all sales tax collections, filings and payments.
• Credit Risk: We provide credit card verification along with check guarantee services but we do not charge back these services to you.
• No Lease: No extended lease required - 30 day notice terminates agreement.
• Security System: We've installed state-of-the-art security system with 16 cameras and tape archiving to help minimize theft.
• Sales Reports: Available via phone or fax.
• Stocking and Display Assistance: Available, including shipping to store services.
• Parking: Dealer and employee parking available at the rear of the building with 30 spaces.
• Pay: We pay on the 10th of every month.

What You Do

• Stock: Display antiques and collectibles
• Commission: 13% on sales
• Deposit: First month's rent plus security deposit of last month's rent.
